Ya había oído hablar de ellos en la exposición de Yves Saint Laurent en Madrid, pero ayer, cuando después de 3 meses y pico, volví a escuchar nombrarlos en la proyección del Documental de George Harrison (The Beatles)en el Matadero de Madrid decidí investigar un poco y la verdad esque esta estética es la que deberían llevar los jóvenes de hoy en día ( sin duda ) y de la que me e enamorado.
Se caracteriza por los hombres jóvenes vestidos, inspirados en parte por los estilos usados por los dandies de la época eduardiana. La subcultura se inició en Londres en la década de 1950, y se extendió rápidamente por todo el Reino Unido, asociado con el rock and roll.
Es un estilo característico de los comienzos de los Beatles, por lo que e cogido a la estética mucho cariño.
